Task

I was asked by Leadagious to develop the landing page for The Brave Boys Club. The main goal of the website was to raise awereness on the new born club and to bring users to book a meeting.

  • + interaction design
  • + landing page

Process

Starting from the static graphic layouts I designed micro-interactions to enhance the UX by making the product more engaging and enjoyable.
First off I decided to add a simple hover animation on the main logo by modifying the original vector image so that the head would be animatable.
This type of interaction was purely done for visual flair and aesthetic pleasure, but at the same time it helped bring the club's logo to life and trigger the user to search for other interactive elements in the page.

I also wanted to find a way of guiding the user during navigation so I developed a custom cursor that interacted with certain elements of the page, giving direct feedback on the cursor itself. This was easily achieved by wrapping the two SVG paths that made up the head in a g tag and giving it an id attribute to be used as a reference in the css :hover rule.

Product Website Forms
Role Designer and Developer

Task

We identified the password field implemented in the School's website forms a key source of friction during form completion, generating a high number of validation errors and negatively impacting the overall completion rate. The goal of the intervention was to improve the user experience by reducing confusion around password creation and making the process clearer and easier to complete.

Process

The redesign focused on improving the clarity of password requirements and introducing a more supportive UX during the input phase. Clear validation rules, real-time guidance, and more intuitive feedback helped users understand how to successfully create a valid password while typing.

This optimization significantly reduced user errors and contributed to a measurable increase in form completion rates.

Role Designer

Task

To ensure visual consistency throughout SDA Bocconi’s digital ecosystem, I designed the icon-set used on the

  • + corporate website
  • + corporate app
  • + campus kiosks
  • + classroom monitors

Process

After having clearly defined the scope of the design and having studied the technical specs of platforms to be considered, I selected the 4 base resolutions of each icon: I opted for 24px, 48px, 72px and 96px, with varying stroke.

For each icon, I started the design at the lowest resolution, gradually adding more details as the resolution increased.
The icons were deployed to all the different mediums of the digital ecosystem, using the preferred size according the the device's resolution.

Task

I was responsible for filming and editing the promotional video created to support the launch of the new SDA Bocconi Campus in 2021.

Process

I directed and captured both exterior and interior scenes following a storyboard designed to shape the visual narrative of the SDA Bocconi Campus. The entire production was then edited in Adobe Premiere Pro, transforming raw footage into a dynamic promotional video tailored for the School’s main social media channels.
